Dr. George Sweeting, Senior Adult Director

Pacesetters presents a program which includes well known guest, musicians and artiste, as well as appropriate guest lecturers. Dr. Sweeting also presents practical guidelines for successfull aging.

Lunch is provided and paid for by means of a free-will offering. Reservations for the lunches are required.

Pacesetters meets the first Thursday of every month at Chain of Lakes Community Bible Church.

2008 Winter/Spring Pacesetter Events

	May 1, 2008 Dr. George Sweeting hosted. Featuring Jim Gwinn. Mr. Gwinn served as President of Crista Ministries for 19 years. Mr. Gwinn also served as V.P. for Extension Ministries at Moody Bible Institute for a decade. Christopher Corbett from the band Broken Volume provided music.
	April 3, 2008 Dr. George Sweeting hosted. Featuring Mark Elfstrand. Mr. Elfstrand is Executive Producer and morning host for WMBI radio. He has most recently completed a book entitled "Ten Passions of a Man's Soul".
	March 6, 2008 Dr. George Sweeting hosted. Featuring Tim Ostrander singing our favorite songs. Mr. Ostrander is Executive Director of Maranatha Bible Missionary Conference in Muskegon, MI. Dr. John Dunlop MD. Dr. Dunlop is a caring and noted authority on aging and health. A Pacesetter favorite.
	February 7, 2008 Reverend Kerry Bauman hosted. Featuring Dr. Walter and Olive Liefeld, sharing about life and love together as Professor, Pastor, Missionary, Parents, Sweethearts. Diane Marchildon sang great love songs.
	January 3, 2008 Dr. George Sweeting hosted. Featuring Dr. Gerald Peterman . Dr. Peterman is the Chairman of the Bible Department at Moody Bible Institute in Chicago. With pastoral experience and publications on Paul and the social world of the New Testament. Dr. Peterman is also the Dean of CLCBC's evening Bible school, CLBI. Music was provided by Heather Beckman.
