Mr. John Engberg

John earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin in 1990. In 2001, he completed a Master of Arts, Faith and Culture at Trinity International University in Deerfield, IL. John earned a Master of Divinity in preparation for pastoral ministry in 2007.

John served seven years with Campus Crusade for Christ International in Saint Cloud MN. In 2000, he became the Associate Director of Christian Faculty/Staff Network at Purdue University, IN, organizing small and large outreach and prayer events. John also enjoyed the opportunity to write for the local newspaper as a guest columnist on faith and culture issues. For the last three years, John has served as the pastoral intern at the Village Church of Barrington. John and his wife Connie have 3 sons.
